Fermented beer

Fermented beer[Eng: Bottom fermented Ale] , also called Cold Yeast Beer.

Underfermented beer is the collective name for all lager and pilsner type beers.
Unlike a traditional ale, beer is fermented at a low temperature and uses a type of brewer's yeast that drops to the bottom.
After fermentation, the beer is stored cool. The colour of a layer can vary from light yellow to brownish-black, all this depending on the malt variety used.
Today, Underfermented beer is brewed all over the world, but the beer type is originally from Germany and the Czech Republic.
To volume the underfermented beer is largest in the world.
